These terms explain how VerifiedCreators supports human verification, brand collaborations, payments, escrow, and responsible platform use.
Last updated: May 19, 2026Please read these terms carefully. If you are using VerifiedCreators for a company, brand, agency, or creator team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VerifiedCreators, including creator verification, campaign discovery, brand campaign tools, escrow flows, dashboards, and related services.
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, joining a campaign, funding a campaign, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.
You must be able to form a binding agreement and must provide accurate account, wallet, profile, and campaign information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping wallet credentials secure.
Creators and brands may not impersonate another person or company, misrepresent audience data, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Verification signals, including proof-of-humanity checks, social profile review, engagement data, and reputation information, help brands evaluate creator authenticity. Verification does not guarantee campaign selection, earnings, audience performance, or ongoing eligibility.
We may review, update, reject, or revoke verification if information is incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, or inconsistent with platform requirements.
Campaign terms are set by the applicable campaign brief, offer, or agreement between a brand and creator. Creators are responsible for delivering approved content on time and in line with the brief, platform rules, and applicable laws.
Brands are responsible for providing clear requirements, reviewing submissions in good faith, and only requesting content they have the right to commission.
Campaign payments may be held in escrow and released according to the campaign terms, completion status, and platform flow. Network fees, token price changes, wallet errors, or third-party payment failures may affect timing or settlement.
VerifiedCreators may charge platform fees, including brand fees, as shown in the product or campaign terms before payment. Creators keep the creator payout amount shown for approved work unless a campaign term states otherwise.
Creators keep ownership of their original content unless campaign terms state otherwise. By submitting campaign content, creators grant the brand the rights described in the campaign terms and grant VerifiedCreators the limited rights needed to operate, display, review, and promote the platform.
You must not upload or request content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You may not manipulate verification, use bots or fake engagement, submit fraudulent audience data, bypass escrow rules, harass users, upload malware, scrape the platform, or interfere with platform security.
We may limit, suspend, or remove access when we believe platform integrity, user safety, payment reliability, or legal compliance is at risk.
Wallets, blockchains, social platforms, storage providers, and payment rails are third-party services. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms, fees, and risks outside our control.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, transaction details, token compatibility, and tax or reporting obligations.
The platform is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, specific creator performance, guaranteed campaign outcomes, or error-free third-party integrations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerifiedCreators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or platform policies evolve. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product or other appropriate channels.
Continuing to use VerifiedCreators after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
